About Annika Allen.

Annika Allen is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor practicing under supervision at Linking the Gap Counseling in Sioux Falls. She earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University and works with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship stress, life transitions, and feeling disconnected from themselves or others.

Annika believes therapy should feel safe, supportive, and genuinely human. She creates a calm, reflective space where clients can slow down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and reconnect with themselves. Her approach is warm, thoughtful, and grounded in curiosity, helping clients better understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward a life that feels more meaningful, balanced, and authentic.
