Join us for an 8-week virtual book club exploring How to Keep House While Drowning by KC Davis. This free, 1-hour weekly group offers a supportive, counselor-guided space to slow down, reflect, and approach daily life with more compassion and flexibility.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to care for ourselves in realistic, sustainable ways—especially during seasons of overwhelm, burnout, or transition. This group gently challenges the idea that worth is tied to productivity, and instead focuses on reducing shame, softening expectations, and building routines that actually support your well-being.
You don’t have to have everything figured out to join. Whether you’re feeling stuck, stretched thin, or simply looking for a more supportive way to move through your week, this space is designed to meet you where you are.
